Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Since the majority of our products are made to order, Steve Lantvit Horsemanship Inc ONLY supports exchanges for manufacturer defective products.

Steve Lantvit Horsemanship Inc. guarantees products to be free of manufacturer defects. Defective products must be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY within 30 days of the shipment date. Products returned via mail for exchange will be mailed back free of charge. All returns must contain the original packing slip. Purchaser pays to return product. Items cannot be returned unless they are defective and can be exchanged for the same product only.
